- Delivery Resolutions: Delivery timelines are estimates. If an order exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, an immediate review will be conducted with the relevant carrier. Upon verification of any carrier-related delay or loss, we provide clear resolution options, including immediate reshipment or a full refund, to ensure a risk-free purchasing experience.
4. Risk and Delivery Responsibility
For customers located within the European Union and other applicable jurisdictions, full responsibility for the goods remains with the seller until the order has been successfully delivered to the customer’s specified delivery address and receipt has been confirmed.

In accordance with applicable EU consumer regulations, customers located within the European Union are entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the day the goods are received.
